The best admin bar for WordPress
There are several bars that serve the same basic function — WordPress.com Admin Bar and DashBar; to name a couple — but I honestly believe nothing is a simple (no database junkification), silent (nothing there when signed out), standards-compliant, and slick as Oceia bar.
